Dalton Creme Eyeliner- Review

Eyeliners come in different forms- cream, pencil, liquid, felt tip, etc.

Each type of liner has a different use for the many makeup obsessed persons such as myself.

I like cream liners in particular for their multi-use ability. Dalton creme eyeliner is not exception.

First let me tell you what QVC says about these liners:

What is it: A smudge-proof, richly textured, smooth-as-silk cream eyeliner that works as tirelessly as you do. Prime those peepers for some serious flirting with this creamy, dreamy eyeliner. The flexible formula offers optimal comfort and wear.

Who is it for: Anyone looking for the perfect liner that won't budge.

Why is it different: This cream has been formulated with Dermaflex technology, a formula that combines specific ingredients designed to flex and move with your skin, allowing you to express yourself without settling.

How do I use it: Dip the tip of the eyeliner brush into the eyeliner, being sure to coat both sides of the brush head. Apply liner in short, even strokes close to the lash line, from the inner to the outer eye corner.

The packaging for Dalton cream products is outstanding. Doris has perfected a way to keep the product airtight to prevent drying.

The liner brush itself is made to bend or use straight, which is convenient to have when trying to reach the inner corner of the eye.

The three colors I have are Emerald, Navy Shimmer and Minx.

Navy Shimmer

Navy Shimmer, Emerald, Minx

Do not be afraid to wear colored liner! These liners give a very subtle color on the eye, but do wonderful things for your eye color.

Minx is a brown that gives a more daytime/wearable look versus a black liner.

Emerald is a beautiful deep green that will bring out warm tones in the eyes.

Navy Shimmer will make the whites of the eyes appear brighter and is a nice/subtle alternative to black.

The best part about a cream is that is doubles as a base for eyeshadow. (In a pinch, could also be used on brows)

Today I used Minx as a base:
Applied with a Dalton shadow brush
I then used my Tarte Brewed Awakening quad over top, and lined with Minx and the angled liner brush for more definition.

I used the Dalton brow fix in brunette for brows, Dalton mascara, Dalton Conceal-it in medium under the eyes and around the nose, Dalton Bella/Babydoll lip duo and Tarte Glisten blush.
Dalton cream liners do not smudge or flake, they are very flexible on the skin and wear until you take them off. They remove easily for me with just face wash.

You can purchase Dalton Airless Cream Eyeliner w/ Dermaflex Technology on QVC.com. There are several other shades available that I do not have.

What do you think? Will you be trying Dalton Cosmetics?
