Beautifully Brilliant- 8 Exquisite Pieces For Eyes, Lips And Face
From BE: This color adjusting formula adapts to UV light to soften the appearance of shadows, fine lines and discoloration to help you look your best in any lighting.
My Impression: It feels and looks like a very dry version of Laura Geller Baked Vanilla highlighter but is more opaque on the skin. I worry that this will leave white flashes on the face in photography.
Perfect Rose Blush:
A warm pop of peachy pink color. I would say more neutral. Not too cool or warm
Marvelous Moxie Lipgloss in Shining Star:
Dusty Rose. Very sheer on the lips, intensifies the natural color.
READY Liner Shadow- The Horizon Line featuring Perspective and Panorama:
Intense Charcoal and Deep Espresso. Both have shimmer.
READY 4.0 in The Possibilities featuring Promise, Future, Destiny and Sign:
Described as creamy beige, sunset pink, matte warm gray, and purple haze.
Who does these shade descriptions? And what exactly does haze look like?
Promise- is a matte soft pink/white. It's an excellent highlight shade for the brow and inner corner of eye. it brightens beautifully without looking stark.
Future- is a shimmery, beautiful peach. I love the iridescence of this shade. Wet it for a very metallic finish.
Destiny- is a light, soft, pearlescent gray. This is the softest and hardest to swatch. It is great for blending out darker shades.
Sign- is a muted purple that leans a little gray. This shade starts out soft, but can be layered to make a deeper crease color.
Promise, Future, Destiny, Sign
Double ended brush with fluffy crease on one end and rubber pointed liner on the other. This liner brush gives a super fine, thin line. I went over mine with a slanted liner brush for more impact.
Not Pictured** Flawless Application Face Brush with red handle. We all have a gazillion of these.
Full Face Application. I used READY foundation in medium beige and golden tan. I concealed with Tarte Amazonian Clay concealer. The mascara I used is also Tarte (LCL).
For my look: I highlighted the brow bone and inner corner with Promise. I then took the crease brush with Destiny and blended throughout the crease and up until it faded to nothing. I then used the same brush and deepened the crease with Sign, applying several layers to get a nice depth to my crease. I then used a flat shader brush to apply Future all over the lid. I lined with Panorama.
I think this kit is a nice and soft full face look. It would be perfect for a bride to be. The price is very affordable for all you get. The colors are neutral enough that most skin tones can wear them. Those that lean very warm may have trouble, but it is workable.
This will be available on QVC in November, but you can purchase it now HERE.
