Wet N Wild Spring 2013 8 Pan palettes- Review

Thanks to Nouveau Cheap and the sightings map, I was able to find these palettes at my local Meijer!!!

There are two 8 pan palettes- Nude Awakening and Going in the Wild. The name Going in the Wild makes me think of peeing in a bush. Anyone else?

The packaging is similar to the regular 8 pan palettes, but it's white and has a cute floral design. I really think they are cute!

Packaging:

Going in the Wild

Nude Awakening

Swatches:

 Going in the Wild

right row down

Thoughts:

Going in the Wild is the palette that actually looks like Spring. The mint green and lilac shades are nice and brightening, though not extremely pigmented. The purple lid and definer shades look like colors from other palettes, but still go well with this one. I love all four of the shades on the right side of the palette and think they will look amazing together.

Nude Awakening is your basic nude palette. All the colors are great, though I would not use the right brow shade on the browbone. The left side is more warm and the right side is more cool. You could have an amazing smokey eye with this palette. If you love nudes or browns, I'd say pick this one up!

I paid $4.79 for each of these which is a great price for the quality Wet n Wild brings in their palettes.

I am very happy with my purchase!
