I finally got around to trying this new CC Creme from Ole Henriksen after trying and loving the It Cosmetics CC Cream. I had several sample packets lying around and wanted to compare the two.
The coverage of the Perfect Truth CC Crème is in the medium category. The shade I tried was light. It was a good match for my now pale skin this fall/winter season. It has a nice neutral to slightly yellow undertone. The difference in this one and the It Cosmetics CC cream is the dry down and finish of the products. The It Cosmetics is very creamy and hydrating on the skin and doesn't dry down all the way leaving a slightly dewy look to the skin. The Perfect Truth CC Crème dries to a matte finish with a luminosity and actually sets on the skin.
As you can see, I still need a concealer for the really dark spots, but for the most part, it evened out my skin and gave me a nice glow. For this reason, I really enjoyed this product.
I feel like the It Cosmetics CC Cream has slightly more coverage and is more hydrating and would be best for drier skin types. Anyone with combination to oily skin would most likely benefit more with this Perfect Truth CC Crème.
Regardless of which you choose, they are both excellent products and I would recommend either of them with great confidence.
